Unreliable.
Don't use this car service. Never got in a cab that wanted to be paid before they even drive you anywhere. They told my son the last time someone didn't pay they ended up in the hospital. Either pay me now or get the f*** out. Very unprofessional. When I called the company and asked for a manager to complain he was very rude. He told me it wasn't a big deal and hung up the phone on me. It's a big deal to me. There is no reason to speak to customers that way. Very upset. Never again.
MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. Don't waste your time booking a ride with these people. They tell you that your car will be there in 15minutes and continue to lie. I waited 25 minutes for my cab and when I called they kept saying 2 minutes away. Very unsatisfactory customer service. Never booking with this company again.
Worst Service Ever . First off the car always smells like cigars but that's when they have a car , because whenever I call they always said "we don't have cars" what taxi service doesn't have cars if I could give them 1/2 starts I would.
