I'm very glad I called Roto-Rooter and they sent a great guy, Glen (#3174). We had paid a different 'Rooter' service to unclog the main kitchen drain, and after trying for two hours they said it was too clogged and that we'd need an expensive hydrojet process for an additional $400. I called Roto-Rooter the next morning which was a Saturday and within an hour Glen arrived and was able to unclog the drain in about ten minutes using the original procedure. Then he fixed an old leak under the sink, replaced the faucet with a nice new one, and gave us some advice about fixing up our kids' bath. It's nice to see a true professional at work and one that you can trust. Thanks!!

Too bad can't give zero stars. Outrageous price for snaking. Same service performed in the past by other providers at half the price. Took advantage of inexperienced person at home. Called general # to voice displeasure and was told someone would call back. Of course, never did. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this RR provider.
