Joseph Dering was extremely helpful this morning. My sister, her husband and I came to move all of my moms stuff out of her storage unit and close the account today. My mom misplaced her key recently. She had a circle lock on the storage unit. Joeseph was extremely proficient in having my mom sign the necessary paperwork so that he could take the lock off and let us in the storage unit. He was very helpful throughout the process. If my mom or any of my family is in need of a storage unit in the future we will definitely be coming back. Thanks a lot Joseph! You made out moving experience as pleasant as humanly possible!
I recently had the need to rent a self storage unit. In my search for one I decided on Extra Space. I found the facility to be clean, well organized, bright and very accessible. Most importantly, Joseph Dering, who manages the facility is an extremely delightful and competent businessman. Most unusual in the hurry up business world we live in. In my opinion the person you deal with in business is more important than all the rest of its attributes. Very highly recommended ! Easy to access, extremely clean, employees super nice and helpful! Originally had my storage unit at the place on Lexington, weren't happy with the service switched to extraspace last year and have never ever had any problems. Even switched to a smaller unit and the switch was super easy! Joe and Mary are always there to help me and even postpone their lunch a few minutes if I've arrived to pay my bill as they're about to walk out, great customer service !
